Transitioning to the manufacturing industry, Sean developed expertise in process engineering and lean practices, initially at a contract manufacturing firm. He later advanced to Manufacturing Manager at a global Japanese tier 1 automotive company, where he led underperforming teams to exceed KPIs and represented Toyota TEAM for three years.

Sean co-founded a consulting division focused on global lean initiatives, leading a team to implement lean programs across 35 international sites. His career further includes roles as an Engineering Manager in tier 1 automotive manufacturing and Group Lean Expert at a major plastic injection molding company, where he successfully merged two sites into one of Europe’s largest facilities and established a network of Lean Leaders to drive continuous improvement.
